- Have accessible facilities of convenience and a common area for clients.
- Adequate and secure private parking for customers of the casino.
- Must display the gambling licence in a prominent location (visible to patrons) within the licensed venue. Additional a notice board with government notices, the rules of the games, telephone numbers of the board, disclaimers, contact info, effects of gambling, name of the company and other essential information must be put on display similarly.
- Have a strong room/safe/vault for safe storage of collected money, documents and valuables.

Gambling tax in the Co-operative Republic of Guyana
Apart from the fixed fees above, there is an “eight and third percent” tax on lottery tickets, and a 10% tax on any other gambling activity. The tax base is “total gross sum received”, and it is paid yearly.
