These non-profit loans encourage entrepreneurship and hard work instead of creating a dependent class that is afraid to get a job, or start a business (because if they did, they would no longer get support and free money, disincentivizing hard work and entrepreneurship). you want to know what happens to people gambling in indonesia. my cousin was arrested 2 days ago and is serving a 2 month sentence no probation for offshore gambling. thats what the police say but when you hear the whole story it is very corrupt.

Indonesia does not have sharia law apart from one autonomous province. It is a democracy and a fully functioning one much like the US and India.
It’s sharia influenced, that’s what I meant there. I will update it and make it more clear. But it is definitely sharia influenced, muslim majority third world poor but beautiful country. I hope to one day visit you, looks great on the pictures (apart from the big cites those look like hell…)
